Jamie Foland-Tseng Memorial Scholarship

Jamie Foland-Tseng, a beloved mother, wife, sister, and daughter, passed away peacefully in November 2020, at the age of 46 after a courageous battle with inflammatory breast cancer. Born on New Year’s Day 1974, Jamie was the daughter of Greg and Nancy. Raised in Spokane and Lynwood, WA, Jamie graduated from Meadowdale High School and received her bachelor’s degree from Western Washington University.

Jamie last worked as an employment brand marketing manager at Providence Health & Services before staying home to spend more time with her two children. Her plans to resume working was interrupted by cancer diagnosis in 2019. She is survived by her husband Wen of 23 years, their daughter Audrey, their son Austin, her sister Jacquie, her father Greg and stepmother Julie, her mother Nancy and stepfather Craig.

Jamie loved vacations with her family in Maui, especially those mornings watching sunrise and ocean waves from the lanai with her hot cup of coffee.

The family has requested that remembrances be made in the form of contributions to the Jamie Foland-Tseng Memorial Scholarship. As many of you know, Jamie was a fierce advocate for adopted children and their families. To honor her legacy, this scholarship will support students who were adopted or are from underprivileged backgrounds.

You are loved Jamie, and your legacy is celebrated!
