This month marks one year since the loss of Chris Hilleary, a true role model in the pursuit of ones dreams and passions through higher education. 

He would have been very proud and grateful of the dedicated donors who made this fund in his honor a possibility and provided a pathway for Mt Baker High School students to follow in his footsteps and pursue a quality higher education here at home in Whatcom county through WWU. 

Thank you to everyone who has supported the Hilleary Academic Scholarship to honor Chris's legacy and support the opportunity for a Mt Baker HS student in need to get a degree from Western. 

Every dollar donated goes towards growing the amount awarded to that deserving student!
