Student Theatre Productions (STP) is an on-campus, student-organized theatre company designed to offer students an opportunity to create theatre and art in a supervised, organized, and risk-free setting!
STP is endorsed by the Department of Theatre & Dance and has been producing three full length plays per academic year for the past several years. Due to the mounting costs of producing quality theatre we are asking you for your support so the shows can go on!
Due to a more restricted budget, we are having to cut a great deal of those involved with the club due to the essential costs and functions of putting on a production. Western’s theatre department is home to a ton of talented individuals who may not have the opportunity to work on a main stage show (productions produced by WWU) without support from alumni, parents, and friends like you.
Your support enables entirely student-produced theater and gives students valuable hands-on experience. Your gift today would support student produced theatre at Western for this season and anything we are able to save will be put towards future productions.
