The Vikings’ recent success is largely attributed to the outstanding support they receive from their passionate fan base, and they need your help again. The club faces substantial expenses approaching in the coming weeks with two guaranteed post season trips (April 7th-8th, USA Western Regionals in Long Beach, CA, & May 18th-20th, 7's National Championships in Glendale, CO), so your support is more important than ever. After successfully defending their NCRC title, the vikings have writen themselves a ticket to Long Beach, CA for the USA Western Regionals Playoffs on the 7th and 8th of April. If Western rugby has a strong performance in southern California, they will advance to face tough competition from the east coast in the USA Rugby quarter finals in East Carolina. Following the USA 15's playoffs, the Vikings will transform into 7’s mode and prepare for the USA 7’s National Championship tournament in Denver May 18th through the 20th.
Perhaps the most exciting part of this extensive 2018 campaign is the Vikings’ International Tour to London, Bath, and Cardiff for two weeks in Late August. The team will receive hands on training from premiere players and coaches at the finest clubs overseas, play several matches against distinguished European competition, watch high level international rugby, and immerse themselves in the most authentic rugby experience Western Rugby has yet to offer. Any and all donations to support the Vikings would be greatly appreciated.
